Mile Trener is a coaching app that runs on the Fortis platform. This policy explains what personal data is stored about you, why, who handles it and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
For clients: your coach, Miodrag Stanisavljevic (Mile Trener), is responsible for your data (the data controller). Contact: stan.mile@gmail.com. For coaches: Fortis is responsible for your own account data.
The platform
The app runs on Fortis (fortis.coach, office@fortis.coach). Fortis stores and processes clients' data on behalf of their coach and only on the coach's instructions (as a data processor). Fortis does not use your data for its own purposes and never sells it.
What is stored
• Account: your name, email address, language and theme. • Training: programs, workouts, sets, weights, repetitions, effort ratings and notes. • Nutrition: meal plans, meals you mark as eaten, extra food you log and meal photos. • Body data: body weight, measurements (stomach, arm, leg), habits and check-in answers and photos (front, back, side). • Messages: chat messages and photos between you and your coach. • Sessions and payments: booked sessions, packages and whether your membership is paid. No card or bank details are stored. • Challenges and badges you take part in or earn.
Health data
Body weight, measurements, body photos and nutrition count as health data. They are processed only with your explicit consent, which you give when you first sign in. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your account (see below).
Why it is used
Your data is used only to coach you: to plan your training and meals, follow your progress and talk with you. It is not sold or shared for advertising.
Who can see it
Only you and your coach (and, for support or when the law requires it, Fortis). Each coach sees only their own clients. These providers help run the app and process data only for that: • Supabase: database, sign-in and photos (servers in Ireland, EU). • Vercel: hosting the app (EU servers, with a worldwide network). • Zoho Mail: sending emails such as password reset links (EU servers). • Apple, Google and Mozilla push services: delivering notifications to your phone, if you turn them on. • YouTube: exercise videos, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode only when you press play.
How long it is kept
As long as you have an account. Your coach may delete meal photos older than 7 days. When your account is deleted, all your data and photos are deleted. If your coach stops using Fortis, their clients' data is deleted within 90 days, after the coach has had the chance to download it. Backups are removed within 30 days.
Cookies
The app only uses cookies it needs to work: keeping you signed in, and remembering your language, theme and time zone. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download and delete your data. In the app: Account → Download my data, and Account → Delete my account. Coaches can download all their data in Settings → Data. For anything else, email stan.mile@gmail.com (or office@fortis.coach). You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs), in Hungary the NAIH (naih.hu), or the authority in your EU country.
For coaches
Fortis stores your account (name, email, settings, branding), your library, and your subscription and payments to Fortis, to provide the service and to issue invoices. You decide what you collect from your clients and are responsible for having a reason to process it; the app asks each client for consent to health data before they start.
